Overview

TOSSASUB Instructor Training Centre

Scuba diving in the sea

One day activity, three hours approximately. An instructor will make an introduction to explain the operation of the equipment, how to breathe, move underwater, communication signals.

Then, after giving you the necessary equipment to make the dive, you will be transferred to the beach to do the diving baptism, always under the supervision of an instructor and at most 12 metres deep and for about 40-45 minutes, diving. After having enjoyed an entire experience that is hard to forget, they will take you back to the centre so you can shower and change.

REQUIREMENTS:

Do not have heart problems, respiratory system, ears or being pregnant.

Do not fly at least 12 hours.

Minimum age 8 years always with parental authorisation or guardian, in the case of having a child, we ask you to inform us, please (children 8 and 9 years maximum depth 6 metres)

Activity itinerary

During this course, the fundamental ideas of diving initiation and use of the equipment for the first dive are taught, you will learn to breathe for the first time underwater and experience the sensation of weightlessness. A fascinating experience! The dive site is in Mar Menuda one of the most important points of the Costa Brava for diving located in Tossa de Mar.
