　　　　　Sound bath Wellness & Mindfulness Experience "SOUND BATH" is a musical relaxation experience using harmonic instruments to calm the mind and body and bring you to a comfortable state. Sound baths are performed all over the world as a tool to supplement yoga and meditation as a form of "sound healing". We can start the in the ocean view music house! Characteristics of Sound Baths Sound baths are an experience of "listening to music", but they are held in an atmosphere more like a "yoga lesson" than a "concert". You will be surrounded by the sound, not the melody. Sound baths use 432hz handpans, crystal bowls, and singing bowls, as well as 528hz gank drums, tingshas,etc. Once finished, I will also guide you through meditation. Then, after relaxing, I will introduce you to the wonderful hot springs and town nearby, sound healing jorney around 60 min. u will recovery body and mind make you feel good after sound bath.
