We'll take you on a mesmerising journey through various types of Polynesian culture presented in a fun and engaging format. Through storytelling, audience participation and remarkable performances, we present an experience unavailable anywhere else. Our space is limited to maintain the integrity of the experience. So, every seat in the house has a great view. Gilligans is located on the Maui Nui Golf Course in Kihei and is the only luau in Kihei.

When you arrive, you'll be shown to your table by one of the performers in the show.

Then, you'll order drinks from your server from the open bar. Tropical drinks, well drinks, red or white house wine, beer and all non-alcoholic drinks are included with your admission.

You'll head to the Hawaiian Buffet. The buffet includes: Hawaiian kalua pork, teriyaki chicken, panko-crusted mahi mahi with lemon dill cream sauce, hummus with vegetable crudites, lomi lomi salmon, mixed vegetables, mac salad, poi, white rice, molokai sweet potato, green salad w/pineapple vinaigrette dressing and Hawaiian sweet rolls with honey butter.

Save room for dessert: fresh pineapple cubes, chocolate haupia or lilikoi pie, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, and lilikoi bars.

Then sit back and watch the show take you on a journey through the evolution of Polynesian hula, through Hawaii, New Zealand and Tahiti. With a Samoan fire dancer finale and Hawaiian musicians and drummer, you'll be on the edge of your seat.

And in our intimate venue, you'll be up close and more personal than anywhere else in Hawaii.
