Start your journey at Mangrove Lagoon Marina on St. Thomas. Paddle through small islands surrounded by red mangrove trees, home to diverse wildlife. Arrive at Cas Cay, a deserted island boasting tidal pools, volcanic cliffs, and a geological blowhole. Embark on an 8-minute hike, exploring the island's hidden gems.

After the hike, dive into the warm tropical waters for a snorkelling experience in a coral-fringed mangrove nursery. Snorkelling equipment, kayak paddles, masks, life jackets, and a mesh bag are provided.
