Our lessons are taught by instructors that have been surfing in Costa Rica for nearly their entire lives, so participants will get the best insight there is in Uvita, Jaco, Tamarindo & Puerto Viejo-.

We are available everyday all year round.
It will include:

When surfing with us, participants will learn the correct technique to paddle, stand up, drop into and ride across the waves. Learn how to read the waves and understand surf etiquette.

When surfing with Amigos del Sol you are helping with our 2 community programmes:

Plant a tree in Costa Rica
You are helping to plant trees to preserve nature and preserve macaws, sloths and toucans favourite seeds: almond tree is very recognisable & beautiful. Its scientific name “Terminalia catappa” and guarumo o “Cecropia peltata”.

Dogs helping other dogs
You will help to provide love to homeless dogs . We provide time, food and money for dogs facing death .

We are sure your families, kids and couple will love it ! We provide safety techniques and we love to see happy faces after catching many waves.
