The Ancient Mon Kingdom of Haripunchai (or Hariphunchai) is a significant historical and cultural site located in what is now Lamphun Province, Thailand. Established in the 7th century, Haripunchai was one of the earliest cities in northern Thailand and served as a prominent centre of the Mon civilisation.

Haripunchai was founded by King Khun Luang Pha, a Mon prince, who established the kingdom after migrating from the Mon homeland in southern Myanmar.
