Activity itinerary

The Pum Thai Cooking School is set within a bright orange-colored theme shophouse and operates as a restaurant, bar, and cooking school. The open area on one side is used as a dining space and there is a large, open kitchen that is used for restaurant cooking and for cooking classes. Classes are small and intimate, with a maximum of 8-10 person classes. You choose your favourite Thai dishes to learn in this class. Learn about the essential herbs, vegetables, and sauces used in Thai cooking and walk away with a full stomach • 10:00am – 10:30am Pickup service in Patong area. • 11:00am Welcome drink • 11:05am Introduction to the basic Thai sauces • 11:30am Cooking class - First dish & Tasting • 12:00pm Learn about Thai herbs and how to make curry paste • 12:30pm Cooking class - Second dish & Tasting • 01:00pm Cooking class - Third dish & Tasting • 01:30pm Market Tour • 02:30pm Cook last dish • 03:00pm End of course
