This tour will operate rain or shine, with cancellations only occurring in extreme weather conditions, such as typhoons. We recommend checking the weather forecast independently in advance, as any changes or cancellations will follow our policy.
Tour schedules may be subject to minor time changes or adjustments without prior notice due to weather, road traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Please be aware that there may be shorter itinerary times or delays in returning to the designated location.
Please understand that depending on the number of participants, commentary may be provided in both English and Chinese on the same bus.
The only available drop-off location is Shinjuku station west exit area.
The tour may be cancelled if the minimum group size of 10 people is not reached. Customers will be notified approximately 3 to 4 days before the departure date in such cases.
Kindly verify your meeting point in advance and arrive 10-15 minutes before the departure time.
Please adhere to the scheduled time, as we cannot accommodate delays or wait for any reason. The tour will depart promptly as scheduled to respect everyone’s time. Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or arrivals at the wrong location, even if contact is made prior to departure.
In case of severe traffic due to holidays or adverse weather conditions, some planned attractions may be omitted without refunds. We recommend guests check their travel dates carefully in advance.

Mt. Fuji's 5th Station offers stunning views and is the highest point accessible by bus, making it the perfect starting point for climbers and a must-visit for tourists. With shops, restaurants, and observation decks, it's an ideal spot to enjoy the beauty of Mt. Fuji without the need to hike to the summit. ※Please note: If the road to the 5th Station is closed, we will visit Kitaguchi Hongu Fuji Sengen Shrine as an alternative.

Kawaguchiko Craft Park

Kawaguchiko Craft Park, located by the tranquil shores of Lake Kawaguchi. Savour the region’s renowned cuisine with a choice of optional lunch (please select your preferred option when booking): Wine Japanese Beef Steak (Wagyu), hearty Houtou noodles, a fresh Raw Salmon Bowl, or Vegan Curry Rice, a beloved local speciality. Afterwards, take a leisurely stroll along the peaceful shoreline of the lake.
