Overview

Our classes will be taught by a certified un-Chef, with which they will travel through Mexico with the flavours that we will be tasting and the traditional techniques with which we will be working throughout the class. As we will try some drinks made with a liquor of Mexican origin from different regions of the country.
Also during the class the chef instructor will explain the origin and use of the ingredients they cook, as well as part of the history of the dishes made with those ingredients

Throughout the conviviality a menu will be prepared with seasonal products of various times accompanied by some drinks. In addition, the menu was adapted to the diet of the participants according to the tastes for a specific product or substitute for allergy or personal reasons. In case the participant does not wish to cook, a menu is prepared in the same way at the moment.
