Berblinger Turm

The Berblinger Turm commemorates Albrecht Ludwig Berblinger, also known as the "Tailor of Ulm," who attempted to fly across the Danube River in 1811.

Ulmer Rathaus

The Ulm Town Hall dates back to 1370. The building's façade is richly decorated with frescoes, which depict historical and allegorical scenes. One of the most notable features of the Ulm Town Hall is its astronomical clock, installed in 1520.

Ulm Minster

Built in 1377, the Ulm Minster has the tallest church steeple in the world, standing at 161.53 metres (530 feet). Its detailed façade and elaborate interior reflect the high level of craftsmanship and artistry of the time.

Schworhaus

The Schwörhaus is the location where the mayor of Ulm annually delivers the Schwörrede, or Oath Speech, on Schwörmontag (Oath Monday). This tradition dates back to the medieval period. The original structure dates back to 1345, but it has undergone several reconstructions, especially after being destroyed by fire in 1785 and again during World War II.

The Leaning House

The Leaning House is famous for its noticeable tilt. This timber-framed building leans dramatically to one side, creating a visually striking and memorable appearance. The tilt is due to the settling of its wooden foundation over time. The Leaning House has even been added in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "most crooked hotel in the world."

Metzgerturm
