We will put on aprons and start our cooking.
We will start your Fresh Pasta cooking lesson, you will learn how to kneed, mix and shape the dough what to look for and what mistakes to avoid. You will each get your hands into the pasta and make your own.
We will leave the pasta to rest while we prepare a seasonal sauce. This will be basil or pesto or fresh cherry tomatoes in summer in autumn mushrooms or sage butter.
You will eat your pasta and sauce with a handpicked local wine and dessert.
You will enjoy a homemade local dessert and perfect espresso or leaf tea to finish
