Activity itinerary

Part I: Introduction (or perfection) to Champagne in the middle of our plot of Chardonnay 1er Cru. Stunning views of ten hectares (mountain of Reims west) and the Cathedral of Reims. We tell you about the different economic actors of champagne, terroir and history(s) and what are our assets as winemakers to exist in this galaxy. PART II: Learn how to taste champagne as an expert through a three-step approach: Eye, Nose, and Mouth and associated sommelier gestures. To respect the progression of styles and avoid saturation of the palate, 3 Cuvées will be to choose with your companion (couple) or your group among 5 Cuvées of the range: Sun D'eden, Floresian Zest, Baies d'Alizés, Blanc de Noirs and Blanc de Blancs.
