We strongly advise customer(s) arrive 10 minutes before departure time as the service departs promptly which can also be viewed on Google Maps. At Woking train station, the shuttle bus stop is located at the designated coach pick-up point outside M&S. This is on your right hand side as you exit the station from platforms 5 and 6, not the high street entrance or exit. The shuttle bus drop-off and pick-up points are at the same location. At RHS Garden Wisley, the shuttle bus stop is located in the coach park. The shuttle bus drop-off and pick-up points are at the same location.Customer does not need to book a specified time as the ticket will be applicable against any time slot for a single use journey in each direction.
