- If you purchase an option with transport, hotel pickup is available from most Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya hotels. You must contact us to arrange your pickup at least 24 hours prior to your visit to the park.
- Hours of operation are 8:30 AM–6 PM daily. (Some days are closed, check availability) *Subject to changes without notice.
- Children 4 and younger are complimentary. Please inform the supplier that you will be travelling with an infant when confirming your reservation.
- Children 11 or younger and taller than 4 feet 6 inches (1.4 m) must show identification to verify age.
- For Xel-Há total Snuba ticket Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
