Looking at the the average cost of Valentine’s Day roses from a selection of over 50 florists across the country, we found that a bunch of twelve red roses in some capital cities could set you back approximately $147*. Comparing that to one night’s accommodation in a city hotel, Aussies can nab themselves a great deal with some of the country’s top hotels offering stays from approximately $145**.
So with Valentine’s Day falling on a Sunday this year, make the most of the weekend and treat yourself to a cheeky night away, I say!
