Unable to check in on arrival at the scheduled 2pm time, without any prior notification from reception or management, due to the room not being cleaned. The room was apparently on a waiting list to be cleaned and we were told they would ring us when the room was ready.. After no call again we returned to the reception at 3.30pm and apparently room has still not been cleaned, We leave again and return at 4.30pm and room is finally available. Extremely poor service, and no compensation for the inconvenience imposed. Will not recommend or return.

Such a lovely resort, the rooms are great, we got upgraded from a studio to a 1 bedroom unit with swim out to pool, the pool was incredible, jacuzzi was great as was the lap and sauna, we had a great pizza at the on-site restaurant.

I have used this hotel as a stopover and found it very convenient and comfortable. Loved the fact that it had a bathtub. After hours of driving a bath is very relaxing. After getting around the property I came to a conclusion that it would make nice holiday destinations with its lagoon pool and surroundings.
