Terrible room for a family with 2yr old. Have not seen a smaller room than hotel boss, ok if you not traveling with a child. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, there is nothing exciting about this hotel

You get what you pay for.. Well priced for the location and convenience. However, the hotel lobby is constantly crowded and it takes awhile to get a lift up to the room. The rooms are extremely small and not spacious at all. It felt claustrophobic and there were small insects / flies all throughout the room. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, staff were super professional,quick and friendly. Very accommodating to patrons needs. Room abit small with no wardrobe space but nice and clean. Restaurant is halal so bit of a let down that you can’t get alcoholic beverage and chill by the beautiful pool. Staff Nordian was amazing.

Internet connection issue and was asked to change the room at 11:00pm in the night as the staff couldn't fix the internet.
No house keeping was done for our 3 days stay.

This is by far the smallest hotel room I have ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of hotels. It’s matchbox size.. no room to unpack a suitcase
Staff are also pushy and not very friendly.

Location is good, very convenient. Given such a busy n well-earned hotel, wish they could spend some money to upkeep the lobby general cleanliness, it has an awful smells as soon as u step into the hotel lobby which is unpleasant. Very poor soundproof in the room, you can basically hear your next door clearly and even the opposite rooms during your sleep. I cannot tolerate the shower hot water system is not working even after reporting the faults, no action has been given.
