Renovated Gold rooms and lounge are excellent.
The renovated pool and terrace are also excellent BUT let down by poor attention to this area bu pool staff. Used glasses left for up to three hours on poolside tables, used towels not removed from seats. There does not appear to be a manager that supervises the amenity of the pool area.

Nice hotel, but for this money the idea that you have to put your room key in a budget style slot to turn on the ac after an outing in hot Singapore and wait to cool the room is rubbush. Belongs in budget hotel. Just leave it on team - stuff the energy, I'm hot! Bed is old and tired and too soft. Pillows likewise - hutrs your back. Staff are nice, room is clean enough, nice shower.
