After a 11 hour flight/customs checks etc etc we were told we had to do our own check in via a touch screen program, including selecting the room we wanted - how would anyone know what room they want if they haven't stayed there before. The room was filthy, the bathroom had obviously not been cleaned in a long time as there were dirty marks everywhere, the wall tiles were thickly covered in dust. The ONLY thing that was a pleasant experience was the Ascot dining room where we had breakfast.

The beauty of the Rydges Airport is it's easy access to the International Airport and the next door Rental Car drop-off, it's a no stress travel option when traveling overseas!
