Beware of fan offer upon checking in!
Upon checking in the AC was not working, went back to Front Desk and they re-assigned my room. AC seemed to be moderate but I assumed it would eventually cool room. When I returned late at night, AC once again not working. Could not sleep due to heat. Went to Front Desk to complain and was assured that they were working to fix problem and in the meantime would send up a fan to alleviate. I told them I was going out and would not be back until late and needed their assurance that problem would be corrected. Of course my sauna was still there!!! when I returned at 1:30am dead tired 😩. Layed in bed tossing until 4:30 am and just got up and packed my bags to leave. Hall outside room cooler than room. Will never return there and did I say there is no longer continental breakfast offered. I have stayed there over course of years but never been so disappointed. Never again! Should have realized upon check in that their offer of a fan was foretelling grave conditions. Shame on you!

the hotel is completely run down - ceiling tiles with big water stains - carpet needs replacing - 1 elevator working for 7 floors - smell of food and/or cooking in room - all ice machines not working (1 on each floor) - keys didn’t work for 1st room assigned - went back downstairs and they changed the room as original one was already occupied

This hotel is a disgusting, third-world armpit.
I stayed one night at this hotel, conveniently located near Atlantic City, where I had a business convention. It was disgusting and should be condemned by the Department of Health. The place smelled like smoke, as smoking is allowed. The hallways reeked of cigarette smoke, and my eyes started burning. The draperies were broken and didn't cover the windows. The TV didn't work even though the room had two remotes. The cleanliness of the hotel was a tad better than that of a third-world country bathhouse. Homeless people were hanging out in the parking lot, smoking and walking around, making it a bit unnerving when coming in at night. The lighting is poor; the elevators are broken or held together by duct tape (literally). The hallways look like they were last vacuumed a few months ago. The sheets were very dirty, and the towels were like sandpaper. This is the worst hotel experience I've ever had in 40 years of Traveling. Do not stay at this hotel.

this place is a safety hazard , the first room didn’t even lock we were literally able to walk right into the room without the key card, second room there was water seeping through the window seal and it smelled like someone just used the bathroom and the ac was broke. The third room the had a box fan and a heater in the room, no smoke detectors and sc was broke. the lobby had wires hanging out of the ceiling and this whole hotel smelled really bad. i still did not receive my refund and it’s been 7 days already.

Aside from the cigarette smell in the room and the terrible pillows, the room was really good and the proximity to the casinos was great. The prices can't be beat and the staff is lovely

THIS PLACE WAS SKETCHY
The toilet lid was cracked in half, AC DID NOT WORK IN MULTIPLE ROOMS (spoke to other patrons). Grounds are overgrown and lobby missing about 50 ceiling tiles with lights and wires hanging through ceiling tile framing. No ice machine and soda machines were out of order. If u need a bare essentials (bed and shower) otherwise don’t stay here.
