The staff were very friendly. We came here last year and it was better this year. The restaurants were amazing - the pool staff were very helpful - looking forward to staying there again next year

It was heaven on earth. The service, attention to detail. I could not fault anything. I requested an early check in and despite the hotel being fully booked they made every effort to make it happen.

Poor
Small room, extremely small beds, not good for families or couples. No privacy in the rooms, if you need to use the washroom at night then you have to switch on the lights of the whole room and wake up everyone with you. Shower and toilet are not located properly in the room which makes it less private.
