El wifi para trabajar bastante bien. BIEN: Luis de quesadilla es sensacional, Alejandro mesero restaurante muy amabley profesional, Carmen camarista muy amable y profesional, Willima bar psicina igual buenisimo y Angel en el bar del Lobby tambien. Felicidades a todos. Capitan Pachecho y Capitana Yadira, felicidades por su servicio con el apoyo para las necesides de mi madre de 87 anios. MALO- A MEJORAR: Deberia haber television abierta, y los canales que hay son en ingles. Me asignaron una habitacion en piso 10, el unico con escalon al salir de la hab y mi mama se cayo. sugiero no asignar este piso a un adulto mayor. Tarjetas acceso al cuarto se descargan a cada rato. Molesto tener que ir al lobby a reactivarlas dos veces al dia!! Alberca de adultos estba muy sucia en una esquina,lo reporte y la limpiraron. El 31de marzo fiesta del personal, bien! solo que no pude accesar al gimnasion pues no habia nadie para dejarme entrar. Banda de musica en la playa muy molesta pues toca muy cerca (zona federal, no se que se pueda hacer). Claxon de las camiones locales se oye TODO el tiempo si por casualidad estas en tu habitacion. Talvez ver que cambien su estacion de espera para que no molesten a los huespedes con su claxon. Al check-in, no nos informaron que los canapes tienen una horario para ordenarlos (entre 6 y 8 pm solamente). Agradezco a todos lo que se movilizaron para poder enviarlos fuera de horario antes de nuestra salida. No lo sabiamos. Quedamos muy contentas con el hotel

Good all the way around, but the bathroom sink was slow to drain, and the commode at times was a very weak flush to the point it would not clear, and needed an assistant to come clear it.

Higly recommended, Except my check in, we arrived around 8am, we knew that check in was at 3pm, but didnt like, that all people who arrived after us (before 1pm), had their room assigned before us and we had to wait for our until 2:45 pm. Any ways on their defense, it was before 3pm.

It was most disappointing to see that management allows smoking within the property only because some of the high management employees smoke also. Asthmatic people are not necessarily evident. Disregard of people with invisible handicaps should not be tolerated at all. This behaviour is most notorious in people of generation Z, 20 to 40 years of age.

Your Best Choice

Possibly the best hotel in Acapulco. The rooms are a bit dated but the service, lobby, resturaunts and pool area more than make up for it. Pay for the breakfast buffet, its worth it.
