Guest Access:
Entire apartment, including private courtyard and free WIFI. One free number allocated off-street carpark (sorry we cannot accommodate more cars on site however there is free street parking available in the nearby side streets). Common area laundry for use of gas dryer if required (coin operated $5 per load).
The Neighborhood:
Adelphi Terrace runs alongside the picturesque Patawalonga River. At the water’s edge you’ll notice the lights of the Marina Pier appear like stars at night.
Glenelg is filled with all kinds of delicious eateries, sweeteries, shopperies and bar-hopperies, and they are all just a 3 minute drive or 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. Here you can enjoy a drink with friends and family, take in the views, do some shopping or pamper yourself – and it’s all a short walk away from your apartment!
WINERIES
South Australia is known the world over for our wineries. They encircle Adelaide like this:
North [2 hours] Clare
North [1.5 hours] Barossa
East [1 hour] Adelaide Hills
South [1 hour] McLaren Vale
Getting Around:
Bus's and trams all easily accessible from the apartment, with many bus stops along Adelphi Terrace or Anzac Highway. Don’t forget to experience a ride in one of Glenelg’s iconic trams, which take you from Jetty Road right through to the City to Adelaide’s Entertainment Centre.
Other Things to Note:
Please ensure you list the correct amount of persons in your booking requests because this also ensures you get enough linen included for each guest.
The apartment is located at the back corner of a block of 10 apartments on the ground floor.
Private Washing Machine inside apartment (and clothes airer for drying).
Highchair or Cot can be made available upon request only (subject to availability - fee applies). Please advise us when making your booking to see if we can accommodate this request.
If guests make use of the BBQ, pthey are required to clean it off after each use. Whilst our cleaners will wipe down the BBQ after each stay, cleaning the BBQ extensively of food debris and grease build up is not factored into our usual cleaning fee and will be considered an additional charge. We have provided BBQ cleaning products under the sink in the kitchen for this purpose.
For extended stays over 21+ nights, mid-stay servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you if this is due to occur during your stay.
