Sheraton CDG is conveniently located, about 7 minutes walk from 2E or 2F terminals. Perfect for our late arrival & early departure next morning. Relatively higher rate, compared to hotels within 1-2 miles from CDG. Courteous staff at check in.

The room we stayed at had a few spots on the sink, I tried to clean them but they were had, like a kind stuck stone. And it looks like it’s not clean even though it is. The tissue paper was almost empty as well as the toilet paper, we finished it and there was no back up in other to replace it. We ran out of it and had to call to get it replaced.

The conditions of the rooms in this property are disgusting. Stains all over the rugs, beat up furniture, stained headboard, mold in bathroom ceiling. It felt more like a horrible dorm room than a 4-5 star hotel. There are other options for airport hotels, I would stay anywhere else besides this property.

A regular stay over when we fly out of CDG
The CDG Sheraton is the most convenient hotel for travelers. The service is excellent and they understand the needs of airline passengers. They are flexible about the check-in and check-out hours which is extremely convenient. The concierge is very helpful getting us wheeled transport from the hotel to our check-in counter. We stay there every time we fly our of CDG.

Not great but convenient
After many days of traveling during our trip, we stayed one night in Paris just to break it up a bit. I picked the Sheraton next to the airport for convenience. Hotels.com said check in was at 1pm, so when we arrived to the hotel at 12:30, I thought we would have a chance to check in early. The individual that helped us informed us check in wasn’t until 2 and when I asked about possibility of early check in, she flat out said no. An hour later we talked to another employee who checked us in early. We got to the room and was pleased overall but one of the bath towels had clearly not been washed. It wasn’t pleasant to see. Overall it was an ok, primarily because of the convenience.
