I have really mixed feelings writing this review as I so wanted it to be a magical experience, but it wasn't as good as it could have been. I went during a heatwave. I knew it was going to be hot so booked this hotel rather than Santa Fe as it had air con. Arrived to find hot air coming out of the air con. Complained. Maintenance came and said it was broken, now fixed, will take half an hour. Well it never kicked in. We had to sleep under wet towels, it was that hot. By the third day the air con was unbearable. I asked again for it to be looked at before we went to the park. When we returned it was hotter than outside so I complained again. I have been back two weeks and I am still waiting for the manager to contact me, who was meant to contact me on this third day. Maintenance came and said it was going to take 3 to 4 hours to fix but we could go to another room down the corridor. We agreed to move. We waited and waited for new cards. We rung again and were told they were ready but we would need to wait for someone to bring them. Eventually I gave up and went to get the cards. I picked up the keys and had no offer of help to move us. We started looking for the room, up and down the corridors, only to find it wasn't even in the same block which made the lack of offer to help even worse. We were now finally is a cool room but half the holiday had been ruined and was miserable. Breakfast and breakfast staff were fab though! I hope it is better for others.
