There was roaches all in the bathroom and foyer, when I asked to be moved to another room there were bullet holes in the ceiling and fist holes in the wall. When I looked out my balcony, there was a man shooting dope in his arm. I was mortified!!

This hotel was a poor excuse for a Ramada. Broken glass and debris on the hallway carpets, snotty front desk staff drinking beer and eating pizza, and a broken patio door that wouldn’t close fully. An absolute trash experience.

I like the bar and the free breakfast. The hotel is very run down. The hallways aren't vaccumed and there is trash in the hallways. The skirting on my bed was stained which leads me to believe the cleanliness of the room. A staff member tried to come into my room. She said she didn't know anyone was in there. Why would any staff member do that without knocking. She apologized, but i find that very unprofessional and unsafe.

Our stay has been horrible so far. Expedias check in time said 3, the front desk wouldn't allow us to check in until 4. The pool was murky and there were 0 towels. it took several trips to the front desk and several calls from the pool phone to get someone to bring towels. it was about 45 minutes before anyone at the pool could dry off. once we got to our room we discovered the TV didn't work and when we tried to call the front desk we discovered the phone was not working either. There are stains on the carpet that are either blood or oil, and the mattress has a blood stain. there are not enough outlets to plug I. the microwave, light, and coffee maker. The back entrance to the hotel wouldn't unlock. We had to wait intil another guest was exiting before we could enter. This place sucks and the employees don't really seem to care that is sucks. Breakfast was lacking and limited. Wet eggs, hard biscuits, undercooker pancakes. Its in a rough part of town too and they had no security on site.

This hotel is absolutely DISGUSTING! Staff in the lobby was very rude. The room was dirty. The sofa chair and desk chair was beyond ripped up and dirty. I have nothing against weed, but that’s all we could smell there. Keys didn’t work 2x , Tv didn’t work. Ice machine didn’t work. Me , my mom and son who is 2 and special needs, and his dog were trying to get on the elevator with our luggage and the door started to close. One of the house keepers just stood there and laughed watching us struggle. I will be contacting corporate. Beyond angry with this hotel.

Quaint, but good stay.
Excellent customer service! I had maintenence issues and they resolved them immediately. I like their communications through text messages. Check-in was fast and friendly. The property is old and worn, but it appears they are making renovations. Overall, my stay was good. Breakfast was hot and good.

THE STAY WAS AWESOME!!! and nicely priced!!!
I was impressed with this hotel i think ramada did a good renovation- it is an older hotel but it was still nice for the money. but was soooo comfy, bathroom clean. only problem was our sink was clogged. TV was good good channels. and the POOL area was good- nice pool- clear water. hot tub too was good nice and hot- plus clear water. but the best was the breakfast!! breakfast was sausages, eggs, hashbrowns, and biscuit and gravy, plus pancakes and other goodies!!! awesome to start off that way!!! lobby was welcoming clean and huge! parking good.
