Welcome to our stunning villa with infinity pool and breathtaking view of the gulf of Castellammare! Nestled on the western side of Sicily, Villa DellAcqua offers the perfect escape for couples and families alike. Situated in a quiet place, just 400m from the beach on a straight line and 600m away if you want to walk or drive there, making it the perfect spot for those who want to enjoy the nice beaches of the area. In this home you’ll build memories that will stay with you forever.
The villa is approximately 140sqm and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. As you enter the villa, you will be greeted by an open-plan living and dining area with air conditioning for your comfort. The well-equipped kitchen, also located in the open-plan area, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The terrace, connected to the kitchen, offers an exceptional view of the sea, especially during sundown.
The bedrooms of the villa are the perfect place to relax and unwind. The villa features one double bedroom with a terrace with a sea view, a double bedroom, and a bedroom with a bunk bed, all of them equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, the living room has a sofa-bed that is always ready for use, providing an extra option for accommodation if you are a party of 3 couples or if 2 people from your party would like to sleep separately. The villa also features two full bathrooms.
Step outside and you will find a comfortable veranda with BBQ and a nice wooden table, perfect for enjoying Sicilian meals, in the Mediterranean weather, with your family and friends.
The infinity pool area, equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, it's the perfect spot to relax and to cool off on hot summer days while enjoying the spectacular views of the gulf.
For your convenience, there is also another outdoor shower with hot water and, next to it, a laundry-dedicated space with a washing machine.
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire property and all its features, ensuring a comfortable and private holiday experience.
Upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for a short holiday. For a comfortable stay with small children (upon request), we can also provide you with a baby cot and a highchair suitable for babies from 0 to 3 years old.
You will also be provided with a detailed guide with useful information on the villa and the surrounding area at your disposal, and my wife and I will always be available to assist with any needs or questions you may have. We can also offer additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard tours, horseback riding in the countryside, bus tours with a professional guide, or a private chef service at the villa to make your holiday unforgettable.
Since the onset of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have implemented significant changes to our service, including enhancing the tools available to our cleaning team. We also collaborate with one of the best companies in the region for the supply and cleaning of bed, bath, and beach linens that use only EU ECOLABEL products, which are recognized and certified at the European level. All these measures are in place to ensure a safe environment for you and your loved ones.
For a hassle-free vacation, we highly recommend renting a car directly at your arrival airport, where you can find the best deals and vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for those without a driver's license or not interested in renting a car, we can arrange a taxi service.
Inside the walls of the villa, you'll have your own private, gated parking with space for up to three large cars.
