Had a studio room which was very nice. Easy walk to beach and the staff was very friendly. Got there a bit early and let me have an early checkin. This is now my go to resort in Montauk.

Lovely beach resort with bonus activities like an indoor pool, tennis court, sauna and table tennis. Although we werenā€™t specifically using it, i also saw a fabulous intimate event space as well. The rooms, although they looked at first like a motel room, are surprisingly comfortable and well furnished. Most of all, the manager and her staff were knowledgeable, welcoming and excellent. The nearby Shark Bar and Bagel shop are walkable, but on the highway where there is a wide cycle path. Both serve incredible food.
