Our initial room had a lot of ants on the walls and counters and some on the bed. When we complained we were told "This is Australia, there are ants everywhere". I have been an Australian for 34 years and I have never had ants in my hotel room before. We were moved to a different room after we protested. The second room was great! Very spacious, comfortable bed. Would have given it a higher star rating if not for the ants.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was refreshingly clean, the bathroom had all amenities. There is a shopping centre across the road, which has dining options and a supermarket, as well as a Kmart. It was a short stop for us, as we had disembarked from a day sailing on the Spirit of Tasmania.

Lovely room and friendly staff. Just what we need for an overnight stay. Room was clean, warm shower, clean towels and the bed was comfortable, lots of parking and close to amenities. Thank you for making us comfortable and welcomed.

The property is central to the shopping precinct in Belmont area. The room was good size, appropriate facilities but did have an 'old/musty' smell in the room when we entered.

Great location and newly renovated but needed sheer curtains as it had a full wall window that was open to the neighbours so couldnt get changed unless you had the drapes closed and light on. Other than that , easy check in, plenty of car parking and good room to fit a family.
