We did not have room cards, staff had to take us to our room. This went on for the three nights we were there. They could have brought on some more help to make it easier. The same fruit which was old was the only fruit offered each of the three mornings.

Overall, decent stay...Carpet in room still had hair from previous guests and one of the walls had a big yellow stain (looked like it could have been wiped off but wasn't) but, otherwise, bed & bathroom were relatively clean...Free breakfast was what you would expect - i.e. "American" including breakfast potatoes, toast, ceral, eggs, juice, waffles, etc...Convenient location if planning to go to Hampton or Salisbury beach.
