Location was perfect, close to all shops, restaurants and close proximity to the museums. Staff was friendly and informative. Clean rooms but outdated due to the history of the building. Definitely a great location if needed for one night before a flight!

Loved our hotel room, the location, and Bruno! He was so kind and helpful, made us feel welcome. The room was huge! Super clean room, comfy bed, and amazing shower. The location is phenomenal - close to everything, tram right in front of the hotel, beautiful canals, endless shops and food options. Despite the location, the hotel was still quiet allowing for a good sleep. Highly recommend!

Wonderful location right outside the tram stop and lots of shopping with friendly staff. We stayed in a triple room and it was very spacious and clean. Would definitely come back again !

This hotel was perfect! It is located in the center of the city. Close to buses, tram, train, shops, restaurants. The exterior of the building is beautiful. The room was ready early which has a plus for me since I got in early. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Cozy room for sure.

The property is in the centre of everything which makes it so easy to visit museums & all the tourist attractions. However, the noise at night is unbelievable. It never stops!

Great check and first impression however this changed once we got to the room. We found a shirt belonging to previous guests and half drunk bottle of water by the bed. This was mentioned in passing to reception when we went to use coffee lounge. Well the way they handled this changed the overall review from poor to excellent, we were given a bottle of Prosecco and the drinks from the mini bar. A wonderful way to celebrate my mom's big birthday. Another great point was the breakfast we were not expecting much more than self service continental, however had table service, fresh juices, tasty omelettes and bacon cooked fresh to order. Overall a fantastic stay, amazing staff and great location would definitely recommend it.

A perfect location for central Amsterdam. Tram stop right outside and all major attractions close. Staff very helpful, party of 6 and we all ended up staying an extra night due to flight cancellation.

Canal View Room
The staff was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We opted to include breakfast in the mornings which was a typical European style with a choice of eggs cooked to order which was refreshing since most are kept warm in a banquet server. The coffee and fresh squeezed orange juice were a nice touch as well. They also provide a coffee maker in the lounge area that was nice after a day of sightseeing. The hotel itself was very conveniently located at a tram stop. The street noise is barely heard with the windows closed. The hotel is made up of a couple of different buildings put together so even though there is an elevator there were still a few small stairs that we needed to traverse with suitcases. We were in room 208, which is a canal view room. My only real complaint about this hotel is that the canal is partially blocked right now by floating work spaces for construction and renovation of the new hotel Nextdoor. It would have really gone a long way with us if the hotel would have contacted us ahead of time to let us know of this. It was such a disappointment when we arrived. I think it will be a while before it is finished so just giving you a heads up!
