It's about 20m away by bus from Centraal Station—not bad, but it's not the city centre if that's what you're looking for. The one-bedroom is very nice, equipped with a small kitchenette & basic needs, oven, fridge, dining table, and living area. The bathroom is pretty spacious, and for a few days, it felt like there was heated flooring. The laundry facility is very convenient. It's a great place to work remotely while exploring Amsterdam. The restaurant is great but has limited options and is on the more expensive side. The front desk staff are always helpful and very accommodating. The only note is that the VIP status from Expedia was never mentioned, nor were any perks for VIP offered.

A brilliant, warm welcome and lovely stay. The room had a wonderful view over Houthavens! Personally, I preferred the amenities at TWENTY EIGHT, but both the spa and gym were very well equipped at BOAT & CO, a big plus. I plan to return and try the restaurant / bar next time. Thank you, team!

Clean, spacious, friendly staff.
Check in was quick and easy, lovely clean apartment, good equipped kitchenette, comfy bed. Friendly staff. Location is good, a few mins walk to the bus stop and only 15mins or so journey into Amsterdam central. We had a sick baby during our stay and luckily there is a chemist/boots type store a short walk away where we were able to get him medication. All in all, lovely hotel. Would stay again if we are ever back in Amsterdam.

Stayed at The July with my partner for his birthday and it was hands down the BEST hotel or accommodation we’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful place, absolutely lovely staff, quiet area but within walkable distance of all amenities that are needed. Staff were very helpful and lovely from the very beginning, on the morning of my partners birthday we received a birthday card with 2 drink vouchers which was so thoughtful. We travel often and we’ve both been so impressed we will definitely be recommending this and returning ourselves because the hospitality was simply unmatched! Thank you for making our first Amsterdam trip so smooth and memorable.

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very well equipped with everything you need for a fun visit. I travelled with my husband and 18 month old daughter. The hotel provided a lovely, comfy cot bed for her which she had no trouble sleeping in. The room had a fridge which was ideal for storing her milk and breakfasts. The staff are incredibly helpful and very nice people. We’d definitely return again!

I received a room upgrade to the penthouse when I checked in. I was amazed by the view and amenities in the room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast options offered a variety of options to satisfy my tastebuds. The hotel is centrally location to give you a feel of being within the city but also a bit of a solitude away from the hustle and bustle. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Amsterdam.

The hotel and facilities was excellent. The staff super friendly and helpful. Breakfast and our evening meal was delicious. The room and the views exceeded our expectations. Using the hotel bikes to get around was great fun and quicker than walking. The area around the hotel was quiet and felt safe. The bus was a short journey from Centraal Station and there was a good frequency of services. Overall, a fantastic stay at the July.
