The street the hotel is on is nice and quiet which is perfect when everything is walkable from the front door. Room was comfortable and bed was fantastic. Staff was also very helpful and can answer any questions you have. Fantastic eating options around the hotel

My recent stay at the MAI Hotel in Amsterdam was nothing short of fantastic. The location is absolutely beautiful, right in the heart of Amsterdam, making it incredibly convenient to walk to the cruise port. The central location allowed us to explore the city with ease and truly soak in the vibrant atmosphere. The staff at MAI Hotel were extremely kind and generous, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was very clean and made up every day. I really appreciated you going out of your way for my birthday by decorating the bed with balloons and providing the robe, slippers and late checkout. The hallways and bathroom were rather dark- up the lighting a bit and your hotel would be perfect Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent hotel and staff friendly and welcoming. Staying in July was less quiet (on street) people hanging around chatting at night and street reconstruction on other side of canal was intrusive in the early morning. That aside I would recommend hotel as have stayed before and would stay again

The room was clean and the hotel was comfortable and unique. We arrived very early and left our bags to explore. We came back a few hours before check-in very tired. The woman at the front desk moved things around to get us a room ready, she was incredible! Sadly I don’t remember her name but she was polite, friendly and wrote down some breakfast recommendations for us to check out during our stay.
