When having an esrly flight or just a pla e out of the tourist zones this hotel has most anything you need. The shuttle is convenient and the bus stop is 5 min walk away.

The airport shuttle was inconvenient, the staff was not helpfull, the room looked like hospital crazy terrific ugly , thats dutch woke but its too much They told us these rooms for disabality people its fine but we do not want to stay these rooms as vip members

Not only staff from front desk is friendly, helpful and cheerful, but also staff from housekeeping team, restaurant as well as the shuttle bus drivers are friendly and helpful. However, staff at the bar wasn't as friendly as others do. Room is spacious enough for a family of 3, and breakfast is nice. Great value for money.

For an airport hotel, the Hyatt was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Definitely recommend to stay the night before a flight.

Great hotel for the price and its purpose. Customer Service was great- Beatriz did a nice job checking me and accommodating a slightly earlier checkin. The room was big and clean and much quieter than I thought it would be. My one qualm was the restaurant on the property - they were very inconsistent and I felt a bit taken advantage of. For lunch, I asked for the Chef's Special, which was on their menu, but was told that it didn't apply on the weekends - this is said nowhere - the menu, their signs, the site. Then when I went for dinner, I saw a buffet set up. I asked about it and was told it was only for select guests at a private event. Fine, but people after me who were not part of that group (sat with me) were offered it. Two meals, two problems with inconsistent messaging - and there's really nowhere else to eat, so I felt stuck and taken advantage of. So A for the hotel, but D for the restaurant - find somewhere else to eat when you stay here.

This was by far the best Hyatt we have stayed in. The staff went over and above to help us after our long flight to Amsterdam. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The choices of food items was great and the fresh ground specialty coffees was a pleasant surprise. The room was also very clean and comfortable. If ever in Amsterdam again I would definitely stay at this Hyatt.

We stayed overnight at the Hyatt as we had an early flight the next morning. Given the proximity to the airport the hotel was quiet. We were able to book the shuttle to the airport which was convenient. We received a room upgrade upon check in which was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
