Friendly and professional staff. I even watched them handle an irate person in the lobby. They stayed calm and professional the whole time I witnessed it. The bar downstairs had great service and wonderful food. We started our trip at a different hotel and switched here starting on day 2. Definitely worth the change!

It was located directly across the street from the amazing central train station, which only cost us ~$30E round trip to/from the airport. The view from our canal facing room was absolutely stunning at night, the service from the front desk and concierge was impeccable and everything we wanted to see was within safe walking distance. Even with the construction, it was extremely quiet.

We arrived in the hotel 2:30 p.m. but we waited till 3:00 because that’s the time for check in . So we check in & they told us to wait because the room is not ready. After an hour late they gave us a wrong room which is just a normal room but we order a comport room . At 7:00 p.m they finally give us the room that we order it is terrible

You have to fight for what you paid for, there are two hotels the older hotel from tbe picrures and a new more basic hotel. They will try and tell you its the same but its not. You know when its bad when the hotel has to tell you its ot a scam.

This property was amazing! It was centrally located to very popular excursions… very close to local shops, train-station, and ferry. We were able to see the fire works from our room (as we went for New Year). The staff were professional and extremely helpful at all times. The breakfast bar exceeded my standards…the esthetics and cleanliness of this hotel is unmatched!! Whenever in Amsterdam I will be staying here…

Our stay at Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam was absolutely wonderful! The location is just perfect, right near everything and within walking distance from the central station. It made exploring the city incredibly easy. We were lucky to have a stunning view of the canal from our room, which added to the charm of our experience. The service was exceptional from start to finish. Every member of the staff was welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. A special thank you to both Fatimas at breakfast and the two Mostafas at the concierge, their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Costa at guest relations also went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. If you're visiting Amsterdam, I highly recommend staying at Park Plaza Victoria. Great hotel and convenient location
Excellent hotel conveniently located across AMSTERDAM centraal railway station. Walkable to most key attractions, boats, public transportation and restaurants. The concierge and staff and very friendly, cordial and helpful! Breakfast at the hotel is really good - tasty and quality good. Room service is good as well.
