Hotel was nice and staff really friendly. Breakfast was ok but does need more options. There was bagels, toast, scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon but not both, waffles, yoghurt and friut. Room was clean, hotel was clean and great location. 30 minutes from Salem and about 40 minutes from boston city. 30 minutes from airport. Overall good stay and would stay again.

Got called the day we were to check in that there was a water main break and they did not have clean water. Offered us a discount to stay or cancel but no other solution. Problem is the water main break occurred the day before. It's impossible not to spend a ton of money on a last minute stay in the area on Halloween weekend so we got screwed into paying a ton more elsewhere.

Perfect place to stay to Visit Salem!
24 hour staff was available for late check in which was most important. They also called ahead and offered to cancel my reservation feee of charge due to the water main break but we decided to keep it. Water was not bad to shower in, they also gave us extra free water since we had a dog, very nice. It was also very easy to have Door Dash delivered there. They also had a lovely grassy area directly in front of the entrance to walk our dog and it was well lit at night. Breakfast was delicious and so was the coffee! Bonus was it’s only about 45 minutes away from Salem

This stay was disappointing from the start. At check in, the first room we were given smelled terrible, like wet dog. Then the second room they gave us as an alternative could not be accessed because the lock didn’t work and was stuck closed. Finally the last room we were given, the a/c didn’t function properly and the beds were too firm to sleep through the night. We had to settle for that room because the other rooms were booked. After all of that, the hotel double billed our credit card as we had already paid through Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE
