Customer service is excellent. All facilities nice and clean would recommend to anyone who wants to escape reality & relax, wine & dine.

The resort was good and staffs were great but a few thing that was not great with us which were the aircon was leaking water all over the carpet from the first day and continue for 4 days until fixed. No water in the bathroom for a couple of hours, and the T.V didn't have pictures on most channel we turned it ourselves. overall lovely resort with the staff obliging at all times. Disappointed with some of the buffet menus e.g. seafood.

The service and quality of this property was simply fantastic. Chris and his team have truly built something special.

Thoroughly enjoyed a 6 night stay at Saletoga Sands. Exclusive Villas is an adults only space. Rooms are very spacious, modern and clean. The resort has everything you need for a complete relaxation purpose holiday including a spa. Owners Gavin & Lou and their staff maintain the to pristine condition. Service is second to none. Sota Tale Saletoga Sands!

The location is ideal and within walking distance of shopping and eating outlets in Apia. The staff is welcoming, helpful and attends to requests quickly.
