"All of pools were quite cold-- I was sold on this property because it said it had a hot tub. The hot tub was located in the spa area and only accessible for an extra $35/day. Other than that, the property is absolutely stunning and one of a kind. Rooms were very comfortable and modern. Excellent ..."

"Lovely hotel, however when we arrived we were just given our keys and shown the lifts - very little information from the clerk, despite the large number of staff on duty. We felt that limited our stay as we were unsure of all facilities."
