The staff, were lovely very helpful offering lots of ideas and advice on what to do in Florence. The rooms are dated but clean. They are also very noisy, you can hear the toilet flushing, the shower in the room next door and when people are in the hall. Breakfast offered variety. It will cost approximately €20 if you get a taxi from train station.

Hotel is conveniently close to the train station if traveling by train. The room was very small , no international tv channels and the fridge was not cooling. Ok for a one night stop to catch the next train but maybe not the best for a longer stay in Pisa.

"Wanted a coffee in the morning and the staff were very accommodating. I’m only disappointment was the air-conditioner wasn’t working in my daughter had to get a fan from the front desk because it was quite hot in our room."
