We were disappointed the room was dirty, bathroom and kitchen especially. Kitchen drawers broken, food crumbs in drawer and silverware was dirty. Bathroom needs updating and there was nail polish on floor. Worst of all was the bed, and you can’t even make this up. The bed has a top sheet then a queen size bed skirt, ON TOP under comforter and we were in a king bed.

Big thanks to Luis who checked us in early. We were in town for a college graduation and had driven from the midwest. It was so nice to freshen up before catching the train to event. Good locale, short walk to train station. But i cant say enough about how personal, kind and considerate Luis was. People like him make you want to return to the property for future stays.

Came to Cambridge at the wrong time - all college graduation, moving out etc. This is the only hotel available in the vicinity. Front dest never answer our calls. You have to go there physically to ask for towels. Many kids are there and very noisy. After we complained , the front dest stuff (a tall gentleman) responded promptly and the next day got much better. Breakfast was very good but super crowded. We will avoid May to stay in Cambridge in the future. But might come back to the same hotel because of the free parking and convenient location to Harvard.

It was a long travel day for us so it was especially pleasing when the period from parking to lying down in our room was quick and seamless.

Toilet was running when we arrived. TV remote not working. Coffee pots in lobby empty. These issues were fixed rapidly when pointed out to the person at the desk however, these inconveniences were not at all consistent with a $400 per night price.

Staff are great. Room had some minor issues: bathroom sink cold water faucet leaked, tv reception for NCAA games was spotty, door had a sharp plate with edges sticking out that could cut your hand were issues we reported. Maid service was every other day & excellent. Breakfast service was excellent. Staff are responsive. Comfortable stay.
