We’ve stayed at this place before. Staff is friendly. The room did have kind of a mildew smell to it. Other than that our stay was good. I would stay again.

Rooms need functional items for use. Renovations are a must here. Better and sanitary furniture. Filling up all bathroom essentials (conditioner) there was none and I couldn’t I love how close it is to Choctaw Stadium and that the trolley at this hotel takes you there.

Room wasn’t new, but was fine…bigger than a lot of other hotel rooms. Location was great (we went to Six Flags)…the trolley was a surprise convenience.

Hotel property was good location in relation to the theme parks. Area has a lot of dining options and mall near by for shopping. Hotel staff/front desk attendant was extremely polite and informative of the area, all points based around her performance. Hotel definitely needs upgrades but great rates and service made it worth while.

Worst hotel vist for me and my family. The hotel had no hot water, the bathroom door didn't close and the staff said the water was just fixed every hr for 12 hrs. Had to worm water in microwave to give kids baths.

Hotel was fine, but the hot water was out and had been out for a few days prior to my stay. If there would have been a heads up, I would have appreciated the forewarning and had time to make other arrangements. Instead I had to call them and ask if they knew the hot water was out and they said, “Yeah, it’s been like that for a few days now.”

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. They emailed us on the day we were checking in that there was no hot water and offered for us to cancel our reservation with no cancellation fee. It was too late for us to reschedule since we would be arriving in a few hours, so I asked for a partial refund. They refunded me about 1/2 of one night and my stay was for three nights. Everyday they said to expect the hot water to be fixed around 6pm, but the water was always ice cold. Other than the water issue, the staff were very nice and we had breakfast everyday. The room was nice as well, but there was a stain on the desk.
