Negotiating the parking lot and accessing the parking garage were difficult and time consuming. Directions from the staff at the porte-cochère and in the parking area were vague and not helpful. Most importantly: The highly inventive "Destination Fee" is nothing but a gouge. We were told that if we ordered room service the $25 fee would be deducted from the bill. IT WAS NOT. We paid the $25 fee plus our credit card was billed an additional $100! For what? Our order was 4 cups of coffee and 2 english muffins. That is nothing but wanton theft. Shame on you.
