Located at the end of the rhuys peninsula, Arzon is a small town ideal to spend your holidays between ocean and Gulf of Morbihan, you will be conquered by its many sandy beaches, the islands nearby, the port of Crouesty and its summer activities, hiking trails along the coast, bike paths, megalithic sites classified historical monuments. You can also relax with a spa or massage Thalassotherapy Miramar
For your children, a multitude of activities, equestrian center, tennis, leisure center, climbing, mickey club.

the flat of type T3 of 63 M2, is located on the 1st floor of a luxurious residence dating from the end of 2018, reassured with elevator.
It is ideally located in the heart of Arzon and close to the port, the village and its shops and beaches. From here everything can be done on foot.

It has an entrance with separate toilet, a bathroom with large walk-in shower, vanity unit and washing machine, a boiler room with storage shelves, two bedrooms with beds 140x190 with duvets one with sliding wardrobes, the other with a dresser and each with a flat screen TV, a large bright living room with sofa bed that can serve as sleeping (2 people), an open kitchen fully furnished and equipped, a large terrace of 14m2 sunny with garden furniture and overlooking the gardens of the residence and the pool.

The cleaning is not included its price is 50 euros and it is to be paid directly on the spot.

Appartement très bien situé, tout est accessible à pieds et départ pour de belles balades sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Lumineux et fonctionnel. Nous avons pu noter que suite aux remarques dans les commentaires précédents, les propriétaires ont complété l’équipement (bouilloire, pichet, essoreuse à salade…). Accueil très agréable. À recommander !

Petits manques pour être parfait…
Comme dans beaucoup de location,les propriétaires pensent que les locataires se nourrissent d'air et d'eau fraîche. Une manique pour sortir les plats du four, des couteaux dignes de ce nom, une passoire qui permette d'égoutter du riz par exemple. Un pichet ! un simple pichet pour avoir de l'eau sur la table et, soyons fous, une théière. Par contre, pour un logement pour PMR, installer une poignée dans la douche semble indisensable.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Arzon et dans cet appartement très bien situé à deux pas du port et du centre-bourg. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine de la résidence c'est appréciable notamment avec des enfants. La résidence est neuve et comprend un parking en sous-sol. Claire

Appart très bien situé, très fonctionnel et très lumineux . Petit bémol sur la propreté à l'arrivée et sur la vaisselle disponible pour un appartement présenté pour 6 personnes. De même, étendoir à linge rouillé...mériterait d'être remplacé...

Bel appartement bien décoré dans belle Résidence
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement malgré une météo capricieuse pour la saison. La piscine dont on a pu profiter 1h par jour est un plus. La résidence est très bien située entre le bourg d'Arzon et Port Crouesty. Merci à Mme Galerne pour son accueil.

Séjour de deux semaines en famille (couple et 2 enfants de 12 et 14 ans). Appartement en excellent état dans une résidence très récente, calme et idéalement située. Proximité des commerces, des marchés, du port, de la plage du Fogeo (10’ à pied) très appréciée. Nombreuses activités et visites possibles: activité nautiques (club de voile, kayak de mer), parcours vélo, sentiers de randonnée côtiers, visite des îles d’Houat, Hoedic, et du golfe. À refaire.
