The hotel is not honest. They portray that they have parking but they have 4 slots and out of which the block 2. So 2 is hardly any parking. They should be honest. Also the pictures portray a beach hotel. They are on a highway. Noisy highway. Yea room is fine. After paying a large amount they ask for for two euros to bring empty glass to your room. Really. Safe didn’t work. DONT be fooled.

I came here to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday. Pros: Spectacular view Friendly staff Rooftop pool/bar open till 2am! Cons: NO PRIVACY: No privacy in bathroom/shower. Giant window into the bathroom has a see-through curtain. I was there with my teenage daughter. So, every time either of us needed to use the bathroom/shower, the other had to leave the room! Why not just have an opaq curtain? NOISE - Sadly, this hotel overlooks a VERY BUSY street. So, as soon as you try to get some fresh air or sit on the balcony, you feel like you're standing at a busy intersection. It's ok wit the door locked, but don't expect to enjoy the balcony. I was using air pods pro while doing some work out there. That helped but not much. Weird rules - you cannot have food delivered to this hotel! What? Why? I had to order a taxi, go get takeout, then taxi back at 1am! Other: Beach across the street is nice but quite rocky. One of the elevators has no interior door. So, if you have little kids that don't listen or have impulse control, they could get hurt. Overall: I found this place to be a bit overpriced at nearly 200/night. If you can get it for 125 or less, it's fair.

Nice Hotel but important considerations:
I came here to meet my son and his daughter. The hotel has a spectacular view and friendly staff. The rooftop patio is amazing! However, there are a few points that you should consider before booking here: PRIVACY - Families/Couples/Business Pairs - Little to no privacy in bathroom/shower. Although the door locks, there is a window with a direct view of the toilet. The curtain that covers the window into the bathroom is see-through. If you don't care, it's ok. But if you don't want your kids or traveling partner watching you shower or use the toilet, they'll need to leave the room. NOISE - The room is quiet as long as you DON'T open the patio/balcony door. Sadly, the hotel overlooks a VERY BUSY street. So, as soon as you try to get some fresh air into your room or sit on the balcony, you feel like you're standing by a busy intersection. The noise is constant and throughout the night. Again, with the door locked, it's not a problem (at least not on the top 3 floors). Weird rules - you cannot have food delivered to this hotel. Not sure why. I tried to in the middle of the night and was informed that they don't allow it. This is absurd, as their restaurant closes at 10. So, if you get hungry or just arrive very late. Make sure you have food with you.

The rooms are quite small and while the breakfast buffet and restaurant are great, the hotel could really improve its customer service. We returned from a day trip to one of the Islands and hoped to take a quick dip in the pool only to find out that we arrived to the pool at 7:04pm and it closed at 7pm. The bar staff told us we couldn’t swim. Essentially the hours for the pool are when tourists are out visiting sites. When asked if we could just take 5 minutes the answer was no. The previous night at the rooftop bar, they had difficulty with mixing drinks. I think more training of the bar and front line staff to improve the customer experience would help. We ended up at the beach across the street and had a great time.

Right across the road from the beach where you can rent a chair and umbrella and eat lunch or have a drink, also there is a tram pickup there. Also two hope on-hop off tour buses stop there. Breakfast is amazing. Rooftop pool lovely also.

We booked this hotel mainly for the price and the rooftop pool and that it was close to the port to get our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised to find across the street was the tram service that took us straight into the city centre. That was super convenient. The rooftop pool was awesome we used it several times and it had great views. And the restaurants across the street were really great. Would stay again and have already recommended it to family to use on their upcoming trip.

This was the perfect place to stay after we spent a few days in the Greek islands and returned to Athens area for our flight home the following day. There was an excellent view of the sea and the suite tub was positioned perfectly for us to enjoy our last sunset in Greece. The beach across the street was convenient for a last swim and excellent food at the tavern.

Hotel is great. Beach pleasant just across road. Athens has yet to deal with smoking and pollution and unhealthy food additives. No public awareness about these so hotel staff unable to assist with these if they affect you.
