Amazing stay, Clean Hotel, Astonishing view, only takeaway is the toilet handle in suite was broken. The handle only stays down so the water tank won’t fill up with water for the next flush, have to hold the handle in the up position for it to fill, and flush again.

My booking was under a nickname, not my legal name and it took a lot of hard work convincing the people that I was the person that booked it, even though I had an ID with my last name on it, and the credit card it was booked under — and I had already paid for the room. I have never had this issue with any other place I have stayed. They even had security escort us to the elevator once they allowed us to have a room. And to top it all off, there was zero hot water when we took showers. It was really an unpleasant experience and I doubt I’ll stay there again.

When I got to the front desk to check in I was told that they did not accept my card. They did tell me that they would still take it but it would take 3-7 months to get my hold back. I called the hotel and ask what was the hold fee ? I was told $75 for the whole stay but was charged it for each day. I don’t mind paying but I was given misinformation. Besides that I had a pleasant stay.
