Positive: The capsules are private, quiet and cosy. Bedding was very clean. Negative: They charge $5 for towels, and that day there was a laundry mix up and they didn't have any available. Staff was very nice, but no towels. :/

Not worth it.
Not worth it. Bathrooms are unclean, showers don’t lock. Mattress is about 2cm of foam so you’re practically sleeping on the floor. Hotels.com we’re incredibly helpful with lodging a complaint but the property itself did not entertain the process.

More like a dorm than a hotel, the mattress was not comfortable at all. At times the capsule got hot as the air-conditioning didnt seem to flow through into the rooms properly. Also quite loud as people came in and out and took random phone calls in their pods at all hours of the night. The mens room only had 2 of 3 toilets working and the shower heads need attention. The pod itself is dated and not entirely functioning in all its controls. 10 out of 10 for location, and value for money if you get a cheap rate.

I had to use my t-shirt as a towel. Checkin is only open between 10.30am and 6pm and I found during these hours that towels need to be hired from reception. There was no top sheet on the bed, just a dirty blanket, so I had to roll myself in the bottom sheet. The bed didn't have a proper mattress and the pillow was small and hard. I have never seen showers so small and only a small tinted mirror in the bathroom, so the dirt isn't as obvious maybe. Most of the powerpoints were broken. Piles of things everywhere and the whole place had a strange smell. Plus rude staff.

First time using this type of accommodation. Staff admitted that the installation was quite old, so some features like temperature control weren't working, though it wasn't really an issue. By no means soundproof, to put it politely. Well managed, but toilet cubicles were not up to scratch. One seemed permanently shut, and one you had to pee from the side not the front of the bowl. Management was good and helpful. Last Minute check-in instructions were unhelpful and quite out of date.

Good little capsule hotel for the price. Pros: the staff were super helpful when my pod/locker had issues. Price and location are great. Felt safe while there. Cons. Some of the toilets are so small you need to sit side ways on the toilet. But others are much better. When I was there one of the three showers on my floor didn’t produce anymore than a dribble

The area is close to everything like Haymarket, Chinatown, Darling Harbour etc. Didn't like the chemical smell due to lack of ventilation. If there's a certain time at night when people are sleeping. Would appreciate some rules and consequences for people who like to make phone calls in the capsule rooms or walk quietly back into their rooms since it's not sound proof for some respect.

Just shocking, dirty, noisy, limited amenities… the pod was clean but outside that was terrible… cloths, luggage and stuff stored in all common areas.. terrible smell.. I booked for 3 nights I stayed 1 spoke to manager who put all the blame back on to me… and was very rude… no refund no apology no nothing.. would not recommend this place to anyone

The location was prime as it was very close to Market City and had some great food options. It was also close to a light rail station and not far from Central so it was easy to jump on the coach back home. I didn't like how small the cubicles were in the bathrooms and just the general smell of the place? It wasn't pleasant. Thankfully my capsule was clean but lockers were not nearly big enough for my bag and seemed like a lot of people had the same issue as there were bags everywhere. In terms of placement in the city and all the things around it, very accessible, highly recommend. In terms of the facilities there, it's a meh.
