It took us about 35 minutes to get to our room because when we parked in the parking lot, we tried to enter a door that we thought went into the hotel, but it actually went to another building. Once we entered the building, we took the elevator up, and was not able to get to our room. We actually end up having to go back to the main entrance and then take those elevators up. Let’s just say when I made it to my room, I crashed! Then some of the doors they let you into the hotel were not secured properly. The locks were messed up. And the paint in our room was chipping. I just feel like Marriott properties should be maintained better than this one.

Stayed overnight while visiting Atlanta. I expected a higher standard from the Marriott but it was just okay 2/5. There were chocolate crumbs or droppings all over the desk. Not sure what it was really. But it seemed like the desk wasn’t cleaned. The bed sheets looked wrinkled like someone slept in it and the cleaning staff just remade it without washing them. The hallway on the second floor had a strong mildew smell. The hotel needs to be aired out

Our stay was great. I chose the hotel because of close proximity to Truist park. It was a great decision. Just a little expensive but worth it and I love their gym. Best I ever seen at a hotel.

We were a family of seven with 2 dogs evacuating from hurricane Milton. We book 2 rooms under the same reservation. One room was checked in around 10pm bevause that part of the group flew in from new york. I was part of the group that around at 12:21am to check into the second room. When we arrived we experienced the worst type of professionalism there could be. There was no compassion, no empathy from the staff. They told us there were no rooms to check into and that our reservation should have never gone through their systems as thwy were sold out. They also said it was our responsibility to call the hotel to ensure the booking was confirmed. After going back and forth with the bald African American guy he then comes back and say "I pulled a room out of the dust to get you into" with straight attitude to his demeanor. The hotel was muggy, old and just one of tje worst experiences I have ever had.

Arrived at 1am and was originally turned away even though I pre-paid. They overbooked and had to turn away 25 people. Finally gave me a room. Room wasn’t clean. Bathroom not clean. Wet towels hanging up. Bed was made. Slept a couple hours. Got up and told front desk we were leaving. They said they’d refund me. Manager apologized and said they would give me a refund. I just need to reach out to Expedia and have Expedia contact the Hotel directly.
