The TV in my room didn’t work. Went to the desk and told them. He gave me an option to charge rooms, I go to the new room, wasn’t as nice as my room , bathroom dirty and it had a smell like it hasn’t been cleaned. So I just stayed in my room with no TV. Wasn’t very courteous and kind.

The whole property has a weird smell. There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. Also the floor board was falling apart. The breakfast was horrible no fresh fruit or good choices. The room however was clean ( despite the mold issue). I guess considering the price it was expected.

They advertise breakfast and there was not even coffee. Dirty elevator, smelly hallways. Mattress was uncomfortable.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this place a couple of times. To be honest, I liked the large flat-screen TVs in the rooms. But, the experience was a bit of a letdown when it came to using my mobile hotspot to stream content on the TV. Even though I have plenty of data, not everyone does. It's common for hotels to offer complimentary Wi-Fi, but this one didn't. Additionally, the absence of a microwave in the room was a bit of a hassle. Imagine staying in a hotel, ordering food, having some leftovers, and then needing a quick way to heat them. A microwave in every room would have been a nice touch. The cleaning service wasn't as frequent as they claimed. I had to keep getting in touch with the front desk to request services. And, the noise level was off the charts. It was impossible to not hear what was going on inside the neighboring rooms. Adding some kind of noise-canceling feature to each room would have been a great improvement. Overall, I'd rate this place a 5 out of 10.

The rooms needed a lot of work. The hinges on the doors where iffy, making the doors hard to open and close. The bathroom door in our first room locked and we couldn't get into the bathroom. The toilet in our second room rocked and the shower leaked horribly. The hallways where dirty, the same trash along the wall the entire time we where there. The end of the hallway by the elevator smelled of bad marijuana.
