Very upset with my stay. There was loud construction noise from 8:00am. Plumbing was horrible. Sinks and shower have bad drainage. Toilet overflowed. My friends and I came expecting to lounge by the pool. It was closed. That was one of the amenities we chose this hotel for. Very disappointed in my stay. Hotel staff was courteous and as accommodating as could be.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, Miguel at the front desk was top-tier. The only con was that they still had some construction going on and the beautiful pool that is used as the hotels display picture was unavailable due to the construction. It is in walking distance from local stores and places to eat very convenient location. They were very clean as well.

Would not stay here again.
We choose this for the indoor pool. It was. It was closed. They were doing construction and super loud every day at 7am. $40 a day to park. Our room was so small the luggage cart couldn’t even fit in to unload it. The room was also laid out terrible. The TV was behind a wardrobe closet so we could not see it from the bed.

Everything was beautiful & nice and the staff were wonderful. The only thing that I absolutely hate about this hotel is they only have valet parking for $40 a night unless you go park in a deck in the area which honestly was cheaper. I’m not a big fan of hotels making you pay to park on the premises & never have been. Hotels shouldn’t charge their customers to park but I understand the business. Overall wonderful stay & nice views!!

The mattress in my room was far too soft and floppy, lacking the support needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. It made it difficult to rest properly, and I woke up feeling less refreshed. I would suggest upgrading the mattresses or offering guests the option for a room upgrade if they prefer a firmer bed. Despite this issue, I have to commend the hotel on its beautiful common areas and the friendly, professional staff. With improvements to the room comfort, this hotel could offer a much better overall experience.

The hotel was under repair and renovation. Signed up for daily breakfast, paid $12 per person per day, but the breakfast area was full of giant boxes used in the repairs. Heard construction banging on the walls when in our room until 6pm. The valet never went to get our car until we were downstairs. Not worth $40 per day. Really third rate service and amenities. Never again here. Marriott should be ashamed. Place should have been closed. Listing should have told us about repair work

We were not notified that we wouldn't have water. We got back from a concert at 11:30pm and I was in the shower when the water was turned off. I had to figure out how to get soap off of myself with no water. The water was off for multiple hours.

The staff were very nice and hotel was located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. One morning we woke up and the toilet and shower were not working as the water wasn’t running. We also found a previous guests sock left in the room. We wanted to get food at the hotel restaurant one afternoon but, it was not open. All in all the experience was pleasant but, could have definitely been better.
