The pros are the location was convenient to area attractions, the room was clean and the entrance and lobby area of the hotel is attractive. The cons are theTV service was outdated, they left no bed linens for the pullout bed, the shower water barely got lukewarm, cleaning staff missed adequately replenishing towels, replacing soap and wastebasket liners and there was no information available or shared on accessing ice machines, area restaurants and entertainment or anything else that may be helpful to guest/tourist.

I requested a phone to my room and was not given a phone the water was cold I paid for a king bed room and was given double queen beds the experience was horrible and the staff wouldn’t answer the front desk phone the second night I stayed.

The stay was horrible. My wife has allergies and the room smelled of mildew carpet that was from condensation or something wet near the air conditioning unit. She was sneezing and coughing all night. We requested to change rooms but they said they were full. There was a used maxi pad wrapped in tissue in the bathroom and the sheets for the bed were dirty. They did change the sheets upon request. I would like a full refund or credit

I chose this hotel due to location and amenities turned out. The amenities fell, and the location was pointless because I had to Uber for the lack of amenities bar restaurant coffee shop, and customer service at front desk needs more training and customer service. I would like to follow up email.

I was disappointed when our Urber pulled up i smelt the weed before we got out the vehicle, it was not as it appeared online, we didn't get to walk around much, but in being driven around, there are no restaurants close by....we had a meal in the restaurant and the lady who waited on us was not pleasant in my opinion
