Nice property with basic rooms, no fridge, tv system is old, ice machine only on two floors but have to go to front desk to get a separate card to access those floors from the elevator! Valet sucks and main lady in charge has nasty attitude everyday. If you don’t like your job quit!

I will never book here again. My room had bed bugs and when they gave me a new room(cause I’m not from this town and nowhere to go) that new room had a roach. All it was missing was a mouse to complete the trifecta, never ever again. Please choose a different property if you’re shopping with Expedia.

When we went to check in, we were asked to wait 10 minutes for them to get the room ready. After 20 minutes, we asked for an update and they said they forgot to come and give us the card. We were sitting in the lobby in front of them. We were made to get valet parking and each time we went to pick up the card from the valet stand, it took them 15 minutes. We were late to our restaurant reservation. Half of the channels on the television in the room didn’t have signal. The whole experience was awful.

We have stayed at this property before and came back because of good rates and excellent service from the friendly staff. However, 50 bucks for valet parking is a bit much even in downtown Atlanta. Self parking alternative was even worse. The water in the shower had to run a full ten minutes to get hot.

Don’t book!!
1. My room was on the 4th floor and the ice machine was located on the 5th plus 14th floors so I was told by the bartender. The bartender advised she had no ice available. I had to go back to the 4th floor and use the stairs to get onto the 5th floor due my key card being only accessible to the floor your room is on. Once in the stairwell, I became locked in the stairwell because the room key does not work on stairwell exit doors at all. I had to walk from the 5th floor down to the basement and ended up in the kitchen. The kitchen exit placed me behind the bar where the bartender told me she does not know what to tell me about the ice machines at this point. She then went into the kitchen and got the ice. 2. The bathtub drain was obviously clogged and drained SUPER SLOWLY. By the end of my shower the dirty water was up to my ankles. 3. The paint was literally flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom. There was no way it was not noticeable to the staff or previous occupants. Horrible situation for the price paid. Definitely seeking a refund. I didn’t want to complain and repack to change rooms due to just getting in from the airport.

The property was well kept, though my room showed some signs of wear and tear, but nothing excessive. The staff was kind and helpful when it was needed. Very close to a MARTA station, so using public transit was convenient and inexpensive.

Place was incredibly German. Food was left in the elevators for over 24 hours. Bathrooms in the hotel rooms were disgusting extremely poor upkeep of the property. I was disgusted to stay there.

I didn't like that we didn't have access to the balcony. That was the main reason for me booking the room. Paint was chipping in certain areas of the room, my A/c didn't work, and the tv is really small for the size of the room

Loved the convenience of the hotel area and the experiences nearby but the room itself was kind of disappointing. My patio door had no handle and wouldn’t close all the way so I was cold the entire time, there was no fridge or microwave in my room(microwave in the lobby/no fridge) and the carpet and bedsheets were kind of dirty and there was a musty smell. I wasn’t in my room other than at night so it was fine but I’m not sure if I’ll book here again.

Was not aware their was a security deposit due until I got there. Saw another customer come in to check in and her husband had paid for their trip for her and their daughter.. She wasn't aware of a deposit either and was stuck. Was really sad for them. First night the heat did not work but was able to get it fixed the next day.
